It banned PACs and Corporations from spending on and engaging with campaigns, so yes, it removed money from politics.
Would the world not be so much better without oil companies and AIPAC running elections?

The Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 written by DNC and introduced multiple times between 1995 and 2002,
The Citizens United v. FEC Decision granted in 2008 and finalized in 2010.
A quick summary is on Wikipedia.
It wasn’t perfect, mind you, but since its stop being granted starting in 2008 the election spending has ballooned dramatically.

Going to be an odd question but if I need 700 paper bags, 50 wooden boxes, and a giant roll of bubble wrap next weekend can somebody reccomend a place?

Hell, remember between 2003 to 2007 when the DNC had effectively banned money from politics? Remember the SCOTUS striking it down?
So sayeth he on that day in December “if thou disagree with thee, thou must talk to the hand”.
TBH, would probably be a lot less violent as people put faith in THE HAND to bestow god’s judgement rather than all the crazy shit the Abrahamic religions did. Religions tended to be mutually exclusive in history.
Don’t expect any change from anything less than a dead GOP.
I think the UFO conspiracy is bullshit, but a slight counterpoint is that the craft was moving relative to the earth, sun, and galaxy from the very beginning so being able to negate or slightly offset that wouldn’t change its course unless force were added in the opposite direction. I was implying the family as in the larger social network of parents, grandparents, cousins, etc. The leading cause of homelessness is not having exactly that sort of network, I think about a third are foster care children who aged out of the system.
If you have a wife and kids then you’ve already made your bed. Best you can do is take them with you to Colorado or Washington.
That’s bullhonkey of the highest fucking order!
One hour of streaming video typically uses around 0.08 kWh, or 288000 Joules, while an electric car can drive a mile with more or less 0.346 kWh, or 1245600 joules, which is to say driving 4 miles is equivalent to 17.3 hours of Netflix!
