Either the DPRK is increasing diplomacy or Russia, all in all this is a nice improvement. I know Putin is not a communist (I don’t know if I’d even call him sympathetic, I don’t know much about him) but it’s interesting to see him willing to build these relationships, if that makes sense.

Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam have shown interest to join BRICS so maybe it’s related to that.
