But wait, doomers in the Hexbear news mega were screaming just a week or so ago about how India had capitulated to the US and was stopping buying Russian oil… You mean to tell me that material reality once again asserted itself in favor of those who produce tangible things that people need (like oil) over those with a lot of printed pieces of paper and threats to punish you by…uh…*checks notes* taxing their own citizens more for imports?
It’s absolutely hilarious that people thought India would just abandon a multi billion dollar industry they spun up refining and selling Russian oil to Europe.
I didn’t see those comments but yeah I don’t see why India will abandon Russian oil or even relations with Russia. They are very intertwined. Very laughable to assume otherwise.
