1950: around 43
1959: around 44(the year he resign as the chairman of the country)
1960: around 33(2 years after he introduced the plan)
Whoops, doesn’t look too good. So now compare the same year with india for some reason:
1950: around 35
1959: around 40
1960: around 45
It’s great, i must say, that’s a huge improvement.
But here you just compare a random year to another random year because it proof your point, anything to defend a dictator.
