The upper photo just seems weird to me… why such a huge empty space? I mean I get that it’s a park, I’m not suggesting putting up buildings or anything, but… idk, more trees, maybe a pond? Foot paths that aren’t straight lines?

Even the Americans figured out how to do a park (well at least one park, possibly more) and they’re a notably anti park folk, I would’ve thought the brits could manage something better in the middle of London
