Settings -> scroll down to Import/Export Settings, click the Export button, repeat with Import in the new account, works even across Lemmy -> PieFed or PyLova.
You can, it’s easy and quick. I just exported my profile settings (builtin to the default lemmy.world web UI) to a json file in a couple seconds. Confirmed it contains blocked users and communities.
It only works if you can bring your block list with you. That’s the only thing of value attached to my profile.
