Trump NEVER threw Epstein out of Pedo-Lago like he claims in this article.
For those of us reading the actual House Judiciary report, the deep dive into the relationship between Epstein and Trump starts on page 36; the debunk of Trump’s false claim that he kicked Epstein out of Pedo-Lago starts on page 38.
Turns out that when Trump was having a conversation with one of the attorneys for Epstein’s survivors in 2009, as part of a survivor suit against Epstein, Trump had something entirely different to say, which was then confirmed by his own house manager. And Trump then made sure to ask the attorney to make sure Epstein’s legal team were notified of the interview.
The report reveals the content behind some of the current redactions in these records:
The unredacted conversation shows that Donald Trump stated unequivocally that Epstein “was never asked to leave” Mar-a-Lago. In the same document, Epstein’s lawyers also reported that Burt Lemke, the manager of Mar-a-Lago at the time in question, also “confirmed” that Epstein was “never asked to leave Mar-a-Lago.” This document remains under redaction in the DOJ database, in clear violation of federal law. (emphases in original)
Trump, who was never formally accused of any wrongdoing relating to Epstein’s crimes, added that he was “totally exonerated from him.”
You keep using that word . . .
Inconceivable!
C’mon demented sociopath hyperloqiacious jackpot!
