Do cops in Europe handle their cameras better?
Many countries have only just got bodycams, many do not still have them.
Public CCTV has grown where I am, but nothing like Flock.
They don’t have bodycams here. And handing over cctv footage to the police is voluntary afaik, they can’t demand footage with a warrant.
Its old news for much of Western Europe.
