    This makes sense.

Losses mid term, launches nuclear war head at Iran, uses it as a pretense for martial law. I need to get my passports in order.

This is the honest but scary take. If you follow other regimes around the world, waiting until martial law is far too late. Your ability to move unrestricted is generally impeded by that point.

“For that reason”…. 4 years ago is a broad guess for that. It could be another 10-20 years and then you’ll be “see! See! I was right” even though it may not be any reason you thought of.

Right right “We can all clearly see where this is going but we don’t know when it will arrive. Best get out ahead of time, it’s better than waiting till it’s too late.”

You: “Nooo, that’s totally unreasonable! We might have all the time in the world! Stay stay, once it’s too late then you can try to get to safety.”

          What a stupid take.

Anyone paying attention could’ve seen this coming 15 years ago. I’ve been talking about this while I was getting arrested on the Brooklyn bridge at Occupy in 2011 and everyone rolled their eyes at us. And so little has changed - workers are still willingly making billionaires richer and more powerful. 4 years ago is late af if you ask me.

I started getting ready to leave in March 2020, as Biden secured the Dem nomination.

Because at that point it was obvious that either (a) Biden would lose to Trump (absent COVID, he would have) or (b) would win, deliver nothing, and the GOP would be back in power in 2024 with little to stop them.

The US is in worse state that I thought it would be at this point. tbh.

It makes zero sense, don’t be a sucker.

Think of all of that oil pumping infrastructure, hundreds of billions of dollars, pumping oil every day.

They won’t destroy that if there are other options. There are other options.

The alternative is Trump going to jail for raping children and the rest of his cabinet for conspiracy. Do you think Trump wouldn’t rather destroy the world than see a day inside a cell? Because we’re all fucked if Americans do anything less than physically drag Trump into prison ASAP, but Americans would rather let the world be destroyed than rise up against their precious leader.

The oil infrastructure in Iran, you mean? Built and owned by Iran, not the USA? Why wouldn’t they want to destroy that? Or are you talking about Iranian retaliation on Saudi, Kuwait, Bahrein, etc oil pumps?

for the downvoters: I wouldn’t want that, they would.

I feel like if Trump tried to order that, even his cultists in the us army would refuse to risk the end of the world over losing in the midterms, but maybe even the little tiny faith I have in MAGA to not start a nuclear war for their daddy god emperor is too high. We’ll see I guess

As much as I despise Tucker, he likely has more insight and information as his brain works the same as the other lunatic traitors.

Still big grain of salt, but with Hegseth firing the senior war planner and Trump desperate with the midterm elections as well as the defeat of Netanyahu in Israel, anything is possible.

It’s got nothing to do with what people know, everything he’s done is out there and only the willfully ignorant avoid it. The idea he cares about hiding it is crazy at this point.

He refuses to not be in power, he’s scared that his power will be taken away, and maybe fear a small chance he’ll actually face consequences.

      That’s what it’s about.

That would wreck all of that oil pumping infrastructure, and all of those poorly paid workers pumping that oil would die.

This it what drives me about the left. The average leftist is much less informed about stuff like this than people on the right.

It’s like people on the left went from being super politically active and informed to casual observer while the right flipped.

I keep seeing comments like this on leftists spaces where people have no idea what the fuck is going on meanwhile rightwing spaces are 8 layers deep in conspiracy but it’s all based on actual informative stuff that’s happening, it’s just twisted to suit themselves. The left is super cooked even if they start securing wins. People on the left just don’t have the ability to do what past generations could. They don’t like conflict. They want to do disengage and forget about it all during a time when maximum attention is required.

I like that. But I’m not wrong. Compare any left wing comment section to a right wing one when a new event occurs and you’ll see it.

Just look at people here. It’s passive engagent. The right are actively engaged. Hell just look up content alone. Theirs is much more creative the left is more generic and what has it produced lately? The right have all kinds of IP? Not sure if that’s the right word but it’s all owned by the right like pepe and such. The left just isn’t producing they’re consuming. Deny it all you want. Argue because you’re on the left, never thought about it and jus want to react. But I’m right.

You can’t possibly believe that conservatives, who by definition have to believe lies like trickle down economics and how trans people are responsible for gas price hikes rather than a war in the middle east, are more informed than the left.

Absolutely I can. And I know it is. If you want information and you start going to left and right spaces I will guarantee the right wing space will be more informative in real time. The left catches up way after. But there is no insight from the left until the right wing spaces back the story.

I’m talking about Tucker Carlson specifically. This is a person with a history of lying and deceiving for profit. A person I’m better off not listening to even when they are crying wolf.

What I’m not talking about are vague amalgamations of millions of people.
