False. The democrats ran a terrible campaign. Biden refused to step down, until it was too late to primary. They forced a candidate upon the country without a democratic process. Their campaign had terrible messaging and was tone deaf to the real situation the working class faces. They were unable to convince millions of voters that showed out for them last time to show up again. The democrats are more concerned with protecting their donors than they are protecting the working class and winning. I voted for Kamala. The blame is 100% on her and the Democrats for losing. Let’s forget policy entirely and look at their strategic choices. They didn’t hold a primary despite 60% of their own voters wanting a different candidate. They hid signs of Biden’s cognitive decline until they were too public to ignore. When it was clear he could not win, they appointed a successor who failed to win a single state in 2020. She then went on to hire the same people who lost to Trump in 2016, and they lost again by running the same strategy of, “court disaffected Republicans,” which failed n 2016.
It is the job of a political party to get people to vote for their candidate. The party failed to do this through spectacular incompetence. They are the only people who should feel guilty.
